Product Engineer/Senior Plastics
Manufacturing Engineer
Location:
New Jersey
Requirements for Plastics Product Engineer:
BSME or equivalent degree. 5-10 years experience in plastic
injection molding or design engineering. Minimum 5 years
experience with CAD
Duties:
Will participate as project leader of new product efforts. Work
with engineering technicians and tool designer to oversee the
design and construction of new molds. Help improve tooling
programs, reduce lead times, and control costs. Prepare product
development cost estimates, participate in design and design
reviews.
Process Engineer – Plastic Profile
Location:
Georgia
Requirements for Process Engineer - Plastic Profile:
2-5 years
experience in PVC extrusion. BS in Engineering strongly
preferred. Must have leadership skills and be hands-on.
Knowledge of TQM techniques. Fluent in Excel, CAD, and MS
Office.
Quality Manager – Tier One
Automotive – Plastic parts
Location:
Southern Indiana
Requirements for Quality Manager Plastic Parts:
At least 5 years experience as a QC Manager in Tier 1 auto
industry in the plastic field. Experience with Capability
Studies, APQP and PPAP. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of QS9000, Process FMEA,
and Control Plan systems. Kaizen experience.
Duties:
Develop, implement and improve QC/QA plans to reach quality
goals; Establish policies and implementation plans to reach Zero
Rejects/Rework; Manage resolution of all product related quality
issues. Prepare for and represent company during all QS
9000 and customer related audits.
Resin
Sales - Thermoplastics
Location: Various
Requirements for Resin Sales Thermoplastics:
Minimum 5 years selling commodity thermoplastics.
Off-grade experience a plus. Must have an established
customer base.
